INTRA Groups
Ongoing weekly groups for people who want to quit, have quit and are struggling, need to talk to somebody, or are experiencing difficulty running their lives. All groups are professionally facilitated and provide a safe, respectful and supportive environment where participants can increase clarity through sharing of knowledge and experiences. Although a commitment to total abstinence is not a prerequisit for involvement, participants cannot attend while intoxicated.

• Lismore: 'INTRA Support' Thursdays 10.00 - 12.00 (Prior assessment required)
• Ballina: 'SMART Recovery Model' Back Room, Uniting Church Hall, 54 Cherry St, Wednesdays 12.30 - 2.00
• Tweed Heads: 'Women's Support Group' Tweed Valley Drug & Alcohol Service, 3rd floor, 145 Warf Street, Thursdays 10.00 - 12.00 (Need to contact Sue at INTRA before attending for the first time)
• Tweed Heads: 'Making Changes' Tweed Valley Drug & Alcohol Service, 3rd floor, 145 Warf Street, Thursdays 1.00 - 3.00 (Need to contact Sue at INTRA before attending for the first time)
